Queale" Sujet/Subject: re:R.U.N. #8 Hello from Ottawa! I'm curious to know if anyone has heard any information regarding a tour by The Orb...? I've heard some mutterings about it on the usenet group alt.rave, but nothing really concrete, and mostly American info anyways. Dates in Toronto or Montreal are more what I am looking for. Also, could somebody from Montreal perhaps put together a short list of stores and addresses where rave music may be bought? I am travelling to Montreal next week, and want to spend my hard earned cash somewhat frivolously :) [Ed Note: I think it's time i ask my system operator for some FTP space and an alias for the list name and i'll do an automated ftp-mail server for all these FAQs: music stores, clubs, hotlines and rave gears] Thanks alot! I was wearing a white t-shirt with an egg in a frying pan on it, like "This is your brain on drugs". I had to leave at 12:30, though (combination work + headache). How long did it last? I thought it was ok. Maybe I'm getting old, but even techno gets boring when it's soooo repetitive. Although I did like most of the music. Does Moby think he's God, or something? Anyway, gotta go - Perhaps I'll see you on Friday at La Brique :-) [Ed Note: Be there or be isocahedron 8)] Stu. -- Words of praise: stu@nyongwa.cam.org >
